North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala (Ministry of Culture, Govt of India) celebrated “Spirit of Freedom” 70th Independence Day of India today with traditional gaiety and fervour. The Staff and artists from various parts of the country assembled at headquarters of NZCC, Virsa Vihar Kendra, Patiala in large numbers to witness the hosting of the National Flag by Prof (DR) Rajinder SIngh Gill, Director NZCC.
