AUCTION NOTICE (FOR FOOD COURT)
North Zone Cultural Centre in collaboration with U.T. Administration, Chandigarh is organizing ‘7th Chandigarh National Crafts Mela’ from January 22 to 31, 2016 at Kalagram, Manimajra, Chandigarh. THEME of Mela ‘North to North East (Kashmir to Kohima)’.
Applications are invited for setting up food stalls of different cuisines by famous restaurants/eateries and other traditional and regional food joints like Punjabi, Rajasthani, Kashmiri, Deshi Ghee Jaleb (Haryana); South Indian; North East or any other famous Indian/ local cuisine like chat-papri, gol-gape, dahi-bhalla, chilla etc. and one stall for juice/cold drinks/ mineral water/ popcorn etc.
- Limited stalls are available.
- Earnest money in the shape of bank demand draft of Rs.50,000/- (Rs. Fifty thousand only) drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Director, North Zone Cultural Centre payable at Patiala.
- Taxes as applicable are to be paid on sales, as per rules.
Interested parties are required to submit their application in the office of the undersigned at Kalagram, Manimajra, Chandigarh by January 15, 2016 upto 3.00 pm indicating the details of their specialties along with the menus and the item-wise rates to be charged from the consumers. The auction will be held on the same day. Undersigned reserves the right to cancel the allotted food stall without any explanation, if the party found supplying sub-standard food to the consumers.
