North Zone Cultural Centre, Patiala in collaboration with U.T. Administration, Chandigarh is organizing ‘6^th Chandigarh National Crafts Mela’ from November 14 to 23, 2014 at Kalagram, Manimajra, Chandigarh. This year the Theme would be ‘North India’ where the special focus will be on showcasing folk traditions, arts and crafts of the northern regions of the country.

Quotations are invited from reputed firms/agencies having working experience in organizing National level shows with proven track record; complete technical knowledge and capable of managing the affairs in a flaw less manner with a fail proof approach for the following works:

(i)         Hiring & operating the Light & Sound equipment:

Stage Lighting:- 50 Nos. Par 64 with beams and back/side trussing; Colour Lab 01 No.; Follow spot light 02 Nos.; Scanner 04 Nos.; Moving Head 06 Nos.; Victory Lights 02 Nos.; Strobe Lights 02 Nos.; LED Par Lights 12 Nos.; Smoke Machine 04 Nos.

Trussing System:- 4 sided Aluminum Truss and 4 sided Truss stand

Sound System: – 24 Channel Mixtures 01 Nos.; Base 02 Nos.; Tops 06 Nos.; Monitors 04 Nos.; Cordless Mike 04 Nos.; Singing Mike (Shore Mike) 04 Nos.; Mike with stand 16 Nos.; Collar Mike 04 Nos.; Foot Mike 04 Nos.; Reverb 01 No.; Limiter/Compressor 01 Nos.; DJ Pitch Model 100s/200s or CD player 02 Nos.; Horn 06 Nos.; PA system 01 No. with cordless mike in the Reception area at Mela ground. Complete sound system of 10,000 Watt output.

Gen-Set: – Silent Gen-set 62 KV & 125 KVA. 

 

(ii)        Hiring of Tentage material on DC, U.T. Chandigarh approved rates: VIP Sofa, Dunlop Banquet Chairs, Green Carpet, Red Carpet, Stage Carpet, Round Table, Ordinary Chairs, Durry, Curtain, Shamiana, etc.

 

(iii)       For providing the food to the artistes (approx. 250 daily).

Bed Tea & Breakfast  : Tea + Aloo Bhazi + Poories + Fruit/Tea + Sandwitch veg. + Jam Slice + Fruit/Tea + Chana + Bhatura + Fruit/Milk + Pinni + Bread Butter/Bread Jam + Fruit

Lunch & Evening Tea : Basmati Rice + Roti + Dal + Seasonal Vegetable + Salad + Raita + Pickle

Dinner : Roti + Basmati Rice + Dal + Seasonal Vegetable + Salad + Pickle + Raita + Sweet Dish, i.e. Kheer/Custard/Halwa + Non-veg (chicken/mutton/fish)/Paneer Dish (for vegetarians)

 

The quotations should reach the office of undersigned at Virsa Vihar Kendra, (near Bhasha Bhawan), Sheranwala Gate, Patiala – 147 001 by November 12, 2014 upto 11.00 am which will be opened on the same day at 03:00 pm in the presence of firms or their authorized representatives who may like to be present.
