North Zone Cultural Centre in collaboration with U.T. Administration, Chandigarh is organizing ‘7^th Chandigarh National Crafts Mela’ from January 22 to 31, 2016 at Kalagram, Manimajra, Chandigarh. THEME of Mela ‘North to North East (Kashmir to Kohima)’.

Sealed tenders are invited for hiring of following tentage material etc. for the said event from reputed firms/agencies having working experience with National shows with proven track record and capable of managing the affairs successfully:

(i) Tentage with pipe structure (ii) Table (iii) Banquet Chair (iv) Ordinary Chair (v) Table cover (vi) Table Frill (vii) Carpet (Red/Green) (viii) Gleecha for VIP area (ix) Halogen lights with wire (x) Round Table (xi) Sofa (VIP) with cover (xii) Angeethi with fuel (xiii) Stall lights two (02) CFL (xiv) VIP Sofa Set (xv) 4” Plate form with ¾ “ Play Board.

The rates should be quoted for each item/per day. Period for use and requirement of tentage material etc. is subject to some variations without any extra cost. The tentage material etc. complete in all respects should be ready at Kalagram, Chandigarh by 02.00 pm on January 21, 2016.

The tenders should reach the office of undersigned at KALAGRAM, Manimajra, U.T. Chandigarh alongwith earnest money in the shape of bank demand draft of Rs.25,000/- (Rs.Twenty five thousand only) drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Director, North Zone Cultural Centre payable at Patiala alongwith documentary proof in support of their working experience and xerox copies of Income Tax return for the last 3 years, VAT/Service Tax Registration number etc. by January 16, 2016 upto 11:00 am which will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives who may like to be present. Undersigned reserves the right to reject all or any tender without assigning any reason.
