Artists from all over India doing full dressed rehearsals for Bharat Parav at India Gate Delhi to be organised by MOC and MOT Govt of India from 12th to 18th Aug 2016. NZCC is Nodal Agency. Inaugural function on 12th Aug 2016 at 06.30 pm.
